As a lazy cook who loves creating but hates time consuming techniques, I’m ALWAYS looking for time saving tips. One of the jobs I really hate is to shred chicken. It seems to take so long and often, I avoid recipes that call for shredded chicken or I just take the easy road and chop it. But there are some recipes where it matters – where the texture of the chicken really does make a big difference in the finished dish.
