Do you remember writing letters to Santa? I do! I remember thinking carefully about what to ask for – and thinking about what I thought I’d *actually* get. Now that I have kids who are old enough to do the same thing, it’s a whole different experience. I worry about what is or isn’t appropriate, what we can afford, and what they’ll remember about these holidays when they’re older. So I loved to see that when these kids were asked what they want for Christmas, they got busy writing – and what they asked for will not only surprise you, but warm your heart and soften your holiday worries.
